Skin problem (redness and red dot)

Hi I use piglow cream (hydroquinon) sugested by the doctor in 2012 but after using it for 1-2month my skin become very red , burning . Then i consult same doctor then he give me some cream and tablet After that redness of skin be reduced but not too much Now i am using kojivit gel with oxidon plus table Is it work on my face or not plz help
