greetings. as per your limited description, i guess your mother has vitiligo- this is an auto immune disorder. you need to send me pictures of the same on follow up messaging for confirmation of diagnosis. Or you could see a qualified dermatologist near you. this is a treatable condition, so do not worry. take treatment from a qualified dermatologist. warm regards
