Skin problem.
My hand is unusually dry even after apply creams. It generally tears up skin when in contact with water. Also, I had it on my two fingers and then grew near thumb as well. It has been happening since very long now. Years may be. More than 4-6 years never took it seriously. But now I am cus it has spread in an another area. Attaching the photos. Please help!

Hello dear. That's irritant contact dermatitis secondary to excessive exposure to soap, detergent, other chemicals.
Avoid household chores for a while and moisturise your hands regularly, especially after washing them.
