Skin problem
I have pimples/acne in my T zone area and its comes out frequently only in that region of my face .
Its like a some red spots and sometimes i get cyst like pimples on my nose or in my chin .
The red spots or acne used to come on my chest region and on my upper back before . But now it has gone since i did my check up with a dermatologist before for that problem . Now i see the same on my T zone and sometimes it comes in my hair like too .

According to your discription i think it is grade 3 acne. Rule out the reason like menstrual history diet sleep fast food intake dandruff.
Next Steps
if all things are ok then start with tab azee thrice a week once daily like sat sun mon every week 4 wks deriva cms gel at night over pimple for 1/2an hr and actame face wash twice a day

if not improving again consult dermatologist for furthet treatment like isotret if required
