The creams u have applied may caused extensive dryness leading to skin irritation and dryness which could lead to the burnt out skin appearance. If the creams applied contain steroids then there are more chances to develop long standing steroid induced acne. Acne can resolve with pigmentation or scarring. This can b resolved but u will need consult a Dermatologist for the the same. Corroborate with pictured for the same.
