I had a skin infection i had consult ayurvedha before it has reduced but it came again how to cure it permenently

1.patola + nimba + triphala + musta + vatsaka + manukka each 10 gm mix all and take 1 tsp twice a day.. 2. Gandhaka rasayana + Aamlaki..25 tab of gandhaka and 5gm Amlaki mix both and have half tsp twice a day... 3. Have bath 2 times a day... keep ur nails small so it cant spread to others area..avoid scratcting... While washing ur cloth add 1 tsp of dettol in it... After bath dry your whole body after that nly wear cloth because wet condition will increase the itching.... Wash ur towel,bedsheet atleast once in a week...
