Skin problem
Hello There is pigmentation in my face ,it has become very dry ,black patches are visible on face ,eyelid ,cheeks around lips and eyebrows .I was advised by the local dermatologist here to use Tacrolimus ointment and sunstop19  but it didn't help me much .So I visited another doctor who asked me to use Xtralite (Azelaic Acid and Tretinoin Cream) and PriViso tablet ,I used it once and since then by its application ,my face and eyelids are burning like anything .I stopped these medications on first hand since irritation occurred. Now please suggest me what should I do . Should I go to the initial drug Regime or follow the new regime ? I have also done skin biopsy (LPP) which indicates basket weave keratin layer with mild acanthosis of epidermis and basal layer hyperpigmentation. Upper dermis shows mild chronic perivascular and periappendageal inflammation. No lichenoid inflammation seen. I am attaching my skin biopsy report Regards Rizwana Rafiq
