This is Seborrhoeic Dermatitis or Acniform lesions. This is a skin condition that causes scaly patches and red skin, mainly on the scalp. In addition to scaly patches and red skin, seborrhoeic dermatitis can cause stubborn dandruff. It can b associated with flakes.
