Hi
Antibiotics like Azee or clindamycin only help reduce the infection. You need to reduce the oil content of your skin and black head formation by using a ph balanced salicylic acid face wash twice a day as well as a comedolytic cream and exfoliating creams. Your dermatologist may be able to suggest some product after examination of your skin
