  4. Skin lesions. I know what i should do?

I have got this skin lesion which is a painless lesion filled with fluid like consistency on my right leg about 2 cms long. My FNAC reports suggest lympho issue and was suggested to undergo a plastic surgery. This is not a problem my birth but has been developed 3 years back. Can i know what i should do?
