Skin itching on full legs

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi,I m facing sudden itchiness on my lower body full legs . I am undergoing through fungal infection and taking medicines already from last year. I-Tyza and Xyzal are medicines. can you please help me what should I do and what has happened to me urgently. Thanks lot.
