My right shoulder started itching from last seven days now it's expanding to whole body including palm and sole. What to do and what I am suffering from

Is there any rash r only itching without rash?As u said its spreading fast,i suggest u to see any near by physician r dermotologist to get check up&diagnosis.Based on Doagnosis,u can opt for T/t.
