What is the reason of developing this type of spots on hands image attached ?? Similarly I have on neck as well but they appears to be red in colour I have a lot of itching in this in hands I have from last 1 year in neck I have for around 6 month. Another symptoms I have is of hairfall and UTI infection also encountered twice in last 15 days.
My ESR Level is 36
Tec is 450
VEC is 20%
Hemoglobin is 12
Sonography and xray reports are normal
