I want to know why skin colour of my foot fingers specially 1st three finger of both foots gets darker brown chocolatey colour, mainly in summers, when i start wearing sandles and flip-flops. Also skin of ankle bone gets darker. No etching or irritation otherwise. Skin gets hard and look so bad. Please suggest medical treatment?

U r suffering from psoriasis.. Specific medicine required...... Do direct online consultation  by sending more clear photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
