I have mild acne issue from past a month now. What should I need to fo for that. I don't understand the reason behind it. I never faced acne issues.

Hello Acne r very common at this age . R ur periods regular , do u hav any hormonal issues. R u taking any treatment.

Hello dear. Acne is common in teenage. It should be treated ASAP to avoid scars and dark spots. Don't self treat yourself and don't squeeze your pimples.
