M having something like mole on my face ,i didnt recognize what it is.will u please help me to recovery ,day by day they are spreading on my face & eyebrow too& i my having white spot on my face too.Please help me by suggesting something?

This is likely to be plane warts. Needs treatment - can be removed with procedure or even creams can be tried. Warm regards, Dr Govind S Mittal #bengalurudermatologist
