Skin issue
In my mother eyes there is a small skin part is coming on eyes outer area. Eye specialist told that you have to contact a skin specialist. She is 51 years old. Diabetic patient Hba1c is 7.2. And also a patient of dust allergy.

This is xanthelasma palpebrarum. You need to visit a dermatologist for treatment and get Lipid profile test done
