The lesion or patch in axilla appears to be a skin infection.Could be fungal infection.Apply Candid B cream for 2 week (twice a day ) if no relief then consult skin specialist.If feel better then continue for 2 more weeks.Apply daily twice promptly .wash his clothing in separate utensils .wash hand before and after applying cream.
