Hello, You have developed 'irritant contact dermatitis' to the triple combination cream. This is also sometimes referred to as 'retinoid dermatitis'. A triple combination cream containing hydroquinone, tretinoin and mematosone is contraindicated in the under eye area. Kindly discontinue using the cream. Use a gentle moisturizer every 2-3 hours on the irritated skin for the next 7 days. The skin of the affected area will turn brown and crusty over the next 3-4 days. Do not worry! Just keep moisturizing it. After 3-4 days the crust will start to flake off. Do not pull at it. Within a week the skin should start to feel normal again. Hope this answers your query :) For any further queries regarding this problem or dark circles treatment, please feel free to connect with me for a personalized online consultation. Next Steps
Discontinue triple combination, moisturize every 2-3 hours for next 7 days.
Health Tips
Do not pull the shedding skin.
