Skin irritation
Hi after exposure to sun i usually get small bumps on both my hands on the same area and it gets really itchy. It does go away after a few days but what's the issue?

Polymorphic light eruption. Use sunscreen and cover with scarf, gloves the exposed areas when your are exposed to sun. To treat the current rash, you need medicated cream which can be prescribed after getting some more details. Consult for that
