  4. Skin infection. Please advise medicine.

My baby of 1yr, first we saw a small red round deep mark may be a blister brust , we guess it was because of mosquitto bite or any insects bite. Slowly it spreaded as per pic attached. It is been a week time. Please advise medicine.
