Skin infection
My 5 and half yr old male dog has got black marks on the skin which make him feel itchy .he licks them due to which they take time to heal .they are more on the belly

This is very common among dogs these days. This happens to dogs that are in a immuno compromised state. Your dog has scabies infestation. So, my advise to you is
1. Bath your dog twice a week with an anti tick,anti fungal Shampoo
2. Apply spectrazole lotion locally on lesions
3. Give ivermectin tablet @ 20mg per 36 kg bwt per day for 10 days
4. Give Immunol syrup
5. If itching is more you may give cetrazine tablet along with Dermichlor spray
6. Stop feeding any kind of grains, no roti, or biscuits or bread, and no milk, feed chicken and mutton only along with potatoes
