  4. Skin infection. Medicines i mentioned!

I have git skin infections on my leggs i am feeling like this is psoriasis .i normally get this kind of infections once in a year last time when i concerned doctor they suggested me few tablets and Dilrovate n plus cream and khoji salisilic acid ointments.Please suggest me soap as per medicines i mentioned
