Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have been having skin infection over thighs, shoulder, belly part, and at back since 1 year approx. There have been itching and dark marks. It seemed 15 days back that these infections have been cured but now these have been emerged as a big dark patches wid red rashes and itching continues.
