HI Dr, I have skin infection at my back, chest or face . it is there from so many days I am not sure is it severe or not . now it is increasing day by day can you please suggest me what should I do. I have attached photos

Based on your description it looks like a folliculitis which is a common condition. Sometimes they co-exist with fungal folliculitis and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan. It is also important to prevent their relapse once you have got it cured. You can opt for laser hair reduction in future.
