Skin in Penis head is raised and red
After rough sex and frequent masturbation my penis head and parts of the shaft became red. I've tried to refrain from sex and masturbation yet the redness and slight sensitivity persist. I've moisturized and have applied vitamin e cream and petroleum jelly yet it has not worked and the skin is still slightly raised and very red. Please help!
