Skin having allergy
My son of 1 yr 3 months getting skin allergy while after sleep.. it is vanishing after few hours .. this is here and there theoughout the body

tO ME IT LOOKS FUNGAL INFECTONL, Apply tinaderm lotion. locally.. take care of hygiene. wash all clothes in hot soap water , dry them in hot sun. in case of rains, iron all clothes. look for source of infection and treat simultaneously.

Hi Skin rashes looks like Urticaria (type of skin allergy)

Immediate Treatment: take over the counter Antihistamics such as Syr Allegra half teaspoon twice a day for 3 days How do we prevent : Try to find out what is causing allergy, so avoidance to that is the best way to go

Make daily activities log including food and substance and new clothes or bugs try to find common factors each day and try to find  and avoid
