Skin hardening near anus
Good evening, I am observing a lump kind of skin hardening very near to tailbone may be two inches below the anus (in the bottom buttocks line ). I have also anal fissure. I have met doctor, he said there might be some connection between my anal fissure and lump outside(may be fistula), I don't experience any pus.I feel little bit uncomfortable when I sit. My doctor prescribed some antibiotics, I have been using them from 4 days, there is little improvment not too much reduction In the size of lump,He is suggesting a surgery, is it a fistula?, is there any way I can avoid surgery please help, Thank you so much in advance
