Cylindrical like lump near anus
Sir/ma'am I am feeling like I have a cylinder shape lump 2-3 cm with pea like ball in between which when pressed hard feel like liquid and little bit solid. I pressed it very hard today and had 2-3 drop of red blood coming from anus. On the basics of Google search I did few test, such as CBC (normal) CEA (1.93ng/ml) . I don't feel constipation but when I shake that lump vigorously I can hear liquid sound very easily and some hard peas like structure is also there. Lump is located at 2 cm NW direction left side from anal opening.
