Skin Glow missing
I have had a harmonal imbalance in the past and my gynae told me I have a slight pcod where I was prescribed to take krimson 35 which I took for 6 months..my skin looked amazing this time. once I was off pill my periods were regular, but then they were regular for 7-8 months.after which my periods skipped again in between. My gynae gave a medication for withdrawl and asked me to continue taking for 2-3 months...however, this time it was not krimson 35, it was crimax ncr 10mg..just for withdrawl. But skin is not as clear as it use to be when I was taking krimson 35 maybe because it had synthetic estrogen harmone. Is there any medicine which I can take that has a synthetic balance of both estrogen and progesterone harmones in it that would enhance my skin and the way I look? I know these creams n all dont help..its the internal problem which needs to be fixed 'Harmones'. I eat very healthy and exercise, still I feel that glow and suppleness in my skin is missing. Pls suggest.
