Skin eruption on scrotam
Sir,i'm suffering from a skin eruption on scrotal sac since last 3-4days.initially it felt like jockey's itch on balls since i ride bike.later,i felt significant pain on lower anterior part of scrotal sac & since yesterday found skin eruption & little liquid oozing out,making wearing under garments painful.started using nebasulf powder since today morning bt pain & ooz is there.what should i do.leaving station tomorrow early morning for business trip.plz help at your earliest.

Thanks for the query.
This presentation can be seen with many skin diseases. The best option is to consult a Dermatologist in person to understand the problem and get it diagnosed. A proper treatment can then be started. Discuss the situation and hope it will be cleared in few days. Don't delay the appointment. You can use a bland moisturiser till then and OTC anti-allergic medications.
It could be anything as presentation is same for many diseases and needs physical examination.
