  4. Skin Dryness. About how to go about it?

Doctor, I am having dry skin in my face for the past few days so I had stopped using moisturiser and started using coconut oil instead today when I visited the hostel medical officer she said to start using moisturiser but when he apply moisturiser I have a tingling sensation on my face as skin has started breaking down little bit. Any suggestions about how to go about it?
