Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have these patches that pop up on my skin. Becomes flaky when i scratch them and sometimes bleed when the scab comes off. My Dermatologist doesn’t find blood testing necessary to see what exactly it is and continually prescribes me the same ointment that doesn’t work.
