I have serious acne problem in back and shoulder.whenever the affected area comes in contact with any dirty surface like the seat in public buses or even when i wear previously used clothes then a lot of pimple burst out.The symptom has been from 6 yrs.I have taken medicines from apollo to ayurveda and homeopath.Useles

Hi. Greetings. Pimples are rather rare and unusual at the age of six. You may have been suffering from something else then! Now if you have severe facial and trunkal acne you'll ideally need a course of oral retinoids under monitoring by dermatologist. You can also use a benzoyl peroxide based creamy wash for washing the affected areas during bath. Please see a qualified dermatologist who can give you the rightful diagnosis of your condition.
