My legs have a discolouration with brown patches for a long time now. Getting to know about it reveals it could be because of poor blood circulation and feel it can be true as I was operated on my knee during 2003, and after that the leg is slim compared to other, but my doubt is why it has to be discoloured on bothe legs. It's from ankle area to a few inches above say 4-5inches and no marks in the actual shin areas.. Its also itching at times.. Question: how to diagnose and get rid of the discolouration from my legs. KINDLY ADVISE. Attachment for your reference taken from one of the legs.
