Skin covered the head of penis
I'm male 30 yrs single. My penis head is covered with skin and while masturbating also penis head is not coming out and if try to bring that out by pushing it is not even coming out and its paining. I will be getting married in next 2 months.Do i need to have any surgery.please suggest.
