I have been having a kind of an irritation under ma armpits.. which leads to itching and it has turned black.. what am I suppose to do to bring back a fairer skin tone

First you need to find out whether the black skin is due to repeated waxing or irritant dermatitis due to use of deodorant or some infection.
Pls see a dermatologist to get treatment of the underlying cause.
After that skin lightening creams and peels can be done along with laser hair reduction.
