Skin colour hard pimple on stomach
My son has a pimple on his stomach which has the colour of skin. It's been there as it is for around 1.5 months now. I tried to puncture it 2 days ago but I realised that it was not a pimple , it was very hard ( I mean no pus inside). What should we do with it.

Kindly add photo. May be a lesion called molluscum which may spread if u puncture. Kindly do not attempt these things without the advice of a doctor

just cleanse it with Dettol and leave it
