I always got those tiny bumps whenever I travelled somewhere specially on my forehead so is this fungal acne or what and if this is fungal acne can you prescribe some face care products and brand name cause I am very confused.

This could be seborrhoeic dermatitis. Small minute breakouts will occur due to change of climate or dandruff per se can also trigger the same. Corroborate with pictures and consult a dermatologist for the same
