Need help with treatment or removal of wart or something of that sort on right side of the nose. I have had this for a long time now and recently it has been growing in size though very slowly. Is laser removal of this possible? Would that be effective? Or any other treatment suggested

Greetings. This looks like a nevus / angiomatous lesion. Kindly see a qualified dermatologist near you. Yes this can be treated by rf ablation or co2 laser ablation.
