Hi sir From few days I have seen some small red colour dots on stomach and chest and I have also able to see some moles which are appeared recently .please find attached image Can you please tell these are symtpoms of skin cancer or these are growing due to heat in body . Red colour spots on body and moles which I havet seen before are appearing now
