Small red dots on groin (pubic area)

Asked for Male, 38 Years

My gf and I had sex last weekend and I noticed on Monday what looked like some slight irritated hair frolics in my pubic area. Then on Tuesday I noticed some of these red dots also on the tip of my penis as well. It's now Thursday and they seem to be fading away. I'm wondering if it was due to friction or if I should go in and see my doctor. They did not itch or blister.
