Skin, but effecting total health

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I've been feeling ill for a long time. Fatigue, headaches often, stomach hurting. Also a constant growth around my nails, sometimes pushing my nail to pain. I have to keep trimming back this growth. It seems like extra skin but IDK. Lately I've been coughing a lot. My skin has broken out on my skull and back and on my face only a few places but it takes forever to get rid of an area inflamed but whatever is going on. Up til this point no ER thinks it's no big deal. I feel like death. Help
