Skin burnt using lime and washing soda

I had warts on my face and I used homeopathic medicine for Soo many days but it can't get cured so someone suggest me to use lime and washing soda and I used it for 1 hour without getting information and my skin burnt on several places on my face so plz suggest me what should I do now.. I am using paste of pure aloe vera and turmeric on burnt area. Can I use skin light cream(hydroquinone) or fucidin cream on burnt area....Thanks
