Skin burn / peeling and darkening
I had accidentally applied retino A cream on my nasal mucosa and near my mouth which has caused skin peeling and skin burn also the area is become very dark how do i treat it, also there's no side effect on other parts of the face

Stop it..Don't worry...you are suffering from irritant contact dermatitis causing this... Specific medicine available for good control... Treatment depends on the severity..Do direct online consultation for detailed prescription by sending photos.

Plz avoid self medications, can do more harm than good Use moisturiser and consult a dermatologist to get rid of the concerns u r facing

Stop using the cream. Avoid using random creams on your skin. A clear picture is needed to suggest treatment. Consult online with pictures. Apply moisturizer and sunscreen

To improve the dryness caused by retino-A , apply generous amount of moisturiser (any moisturiser like citaphil , aloevera gel ) to the affected area 3-4 times daily. Also use sunscreen lotion during the day time even when indoors to reduce the worsening of pigmentation
