Skin allergy
Since 4 days there is a rash developing on my 3 month old son. When contacted pediatrician nearby, he suggested to apply atogla lotion. But this seems to be a regular moisturizing lotion. Will this help to treat the rash or should I be using a different cream. Please suggest. Attaching pic for reference. Thank you.

Moisturizing the affected areas is part of treatment of these skin conditions...can try a mild steroid cream for short period if needed
