Skin allergy on hands

Asked for Female, 25 Years

There is huge number of small pimple kind of allergy on the skin on my hand near to shoulders, and it's looks like a blank patches. Please suggest me some treatment so that it cures, it looks very bad when I if wear mega sleve dresses.
