Skin allergy on face

Asked for Female, 33 Years

My son had some allergy on face( red pimples on face..recently we changed from cow milk to buffalo milk ..may be due to this or we used new powder .bcoz of that allergy came..so plz anyone tell me any ointmnt or syrup for that..attached pics for same...
