Skin allergy

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My son is having skin allergy as in the photo. This allergy is there at elbows, knees, ankles, hand and other body parts. I have consulted with dermatologist and using ointment as in photo but it is not getting cured. If it is getting cured at one place after applying ointment, it is coming at other places. Please help me how this can be cured.
