Thanks for the query.Acute urticaria is characterized by small red swellings on the body which are transient and go away by 1 to 4 hrs. If those swellings does nit aubside by 24 hrs it might be urticarial vasculitis. causes of these range from simple food allergy to any internal problem. Kindly consult dermatologist and get appropriate treatment.
Next Steps
Avoid self medications and for mean while use antihistaminics for allergic problem. Hope this helps you.
